Woman Charged In Motorcyclist's Death

Rocio Villalobos Charged With Intoxication Manslaughter

A woman has been charged in connection with a motorcyclist's death, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Rocio Villalobos was speeding in a Toyota Camry when she hit a motorcycle in the in the southbound lanes of the 8600 block of the East Sam Houston Parkway North at about 5:40 a.m. Sunday.

The male driver and female passenger on the motorcycle were thrown onto the Camry, investigators said.

The man and woman fell onto a grassy area after the car stopped.

Detectives said the man died at the scene. The woman was taken by helicopter to Memorial Hermann Hospital in critical condition. Their names have not been released.

Deputies said Villalobos was intoxicated at the time of the collision. She has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
