HOCKLEY, Texas -- A 6-year-old boy drowned in a back yard pool on Saturday, KPRC Local 2 reported.Harris County sheriff's deputies said Eric Valley was missing during his family's July 4 celebration in the Hockley area.About 20 people were at the home when they discovered he had disappeared, officials said. He was found in the pool and rushed to a hospital, where he died.Child Protective Services said 19 children have drowned in Harris County this year.
