HOUSTON -- A man was shot to death at a north Houston apartment complex on Thursday, KPRC Local 2 reported.Houston police said shots were fired at the Canfield Lake Apartments on Northborough Drive near Rushcreek Drive at about 4 a.m.Investigators arrived and found a man's body on a sidewalk next to a pool.The man's girlfriend told police that he left their apartment to go see a friend.Detectives have not released any information about who shot the man.The victim's name was not released.Anyone with information is asked to call the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
