Man Fatally Shot At Apartment Complex

Man's Body Found Near Pool

A man was shot to death at a north Houston apartment complex on Thursday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Houston police said shots were fired at the Canfield Lake Apartments on Northborough Drive near Rushcreek Drive at about 4 a.m.

Investigators arrived and found a man's body on a sidewalk next to a pool.

The man's girlfriend told police that he left their apartment to go see a friend.

Detectives have not released any information about who shot the man.

The victim's name was not released.
