HOUSTON -- A man was shot to death in the parking lot of a southwest Houston apartment complex on Wednesday, KPRC Local 2 reported.Houston police said two men approached Devarek Joseph, 24, as he sat in his car at the complex in the 2900 block of Crossview Drive at about 2:30 p.m.Investigators said the men exchanged words and Joseph was shot.Joseph suffered multiple wounds to the head and chest. He died at the scene.Police are interviewing witnesses to get descriptions or identities of the killers.Anyone with information is asked to call the HPD Homicide Division at 713-308-3600 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
