Two men are wanted in connection with the robbery of a southwest Houston bank, KPRC Local 2 reported.

FBI officials said the men held up the Woodforest Bank in the 11200 block of South Gessner Drive at about 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Investigators said the men approached the teller counter with deposit slips, as if they were going to make a transaction.

One of the men pulled out a semiautomatic pistol and demanded cash, detectives said.

The teller complied with the robbers' demands.

Detectives said the armed man is black, 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, 230 to 250 pounds, and clean-shaven with a stocky build. He was last seen wearing a blue bandana on his head with a black baseball cap with a white emblem, a long-sleeved blue work shirt and brown sunglasses with gold trim.

The second man was described as black, 25 to 30 years old, 6 feet 1 inch tall with a skinny build, dark complexion and a goatee. He was last seen wearing dark blue coveralls, black work boots, a black baseball cap and sunglasses.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
