MISSOURI CITY, Texas -- A robber hid in a bank's restroom for hours and robbed the bank after it closed for the day, KPRC Local 2 reported Friday.

Missouri City police said the robber sneaked into the restroom of the Compass Bank on state Highway 6 near Township one afternoon last month.The man confronted two bank tellers after the bank closed, officials said. He was armed with a gun and a Taser gun, police said.Investigators said the man demanded the tellers open the safe. He became violent when the tellers told him they didn't know the code, detectives said."During the course of demanding money, (he) tased one of these tellers a total of eight times," Capt.
