HPD: Man Kills Roommate During Argument About Sex

HOUSTON -- A man fatally shot his roommate when the two argued about sex, KPRC Local 2 reported Monday.Houston police said Tonati Zuniga-Duarte, 22, gave several different accounts about how 23-year-old Rene Cortez Ramirez was shot in the 10000 block of Club Creek Drive early Friday.Detectives said Zuniga-Duarte eventually admitted to shooting Ramirez as the two struggled over a pistol during an argument about sex.Ramirez suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and died at the scene.Zuniga-Duarte has been charged with murder.
