Woman Stabbed To Death During Argument

HOUSTON -- A woman was stabbed to death at her northeast Harris County home, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Harris County sheriff's deputies said Shante Knox, 28, argued with Clarence Spiller, 53, at her apartment in the 5300 block of Aeropark Drive on Wednesday.

Detectives said Spiller pulled out a knife and stabbed Knox.

Knox was taken to Lyndon B. Johnson Hospital, where she died.

Spiller, who had known Knox for several years, has been charged with murder. He has not been arrested.
