SAN ANTONIO -- Authorities battled a fire on the roof of the Main Building on the campus of Our Lady of the Lake University Tuesday night.
The four-alarm fire began around 7:45 p.m., San Antonio station KSAT reported.
Officials at the Catholic university said that everyone had been evacuated from the building and no injuries have been reported.
Aerial television footage showed the flames against a backdrop of spires along the roof of the building. The building houses human resources, cashier services, the sociology department and campus ministry.
A bomb threat was called in to the university Monday afternoon, prompting a brief evacuation of the campus. No devices were found on campus and there is no evidence that the two events are linked.
The Sisters of the Congregation of Divine Providence founded the university in 1895, according to the school's history on its Web site. The school has offered classes since 1911, initially only for women.
