A suspect was arrested Thursday for the murder of Michelle Millare, 18, whose body was found March 2, according to the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

Jonathan Judge, 18, was charged with murder.

Millare was reported missing on Feb. 20.

Judge was described as a close friend of Millare's, which shocks her family.

"I just want to look at him in his eyes now. I'm glad it's over," said Roland Millare, the victim's father. "I cannot sleep almost every night. I'm thinking a lot about doing things -- revenge. Justice (should be) the answer."

"We want justice and we would like to know why he did it," said Pearla Millare, the victim's mother.

Judge may not be the only suspect, according to authorities, so the family still has questions.

"We've just been kind of waiting, seeing who is responsible for all of this," said John Masterson, Millare's youth minister. "Now that they have somebody, we're just praying for justice. It is kind of a sense of relief. Now it's a time of sitting and waiting, still."

"Anytime you have cases where there's just bodies dumped, investigations can be rather lengthy. But in this case it certainly helped that the Houston Police Department was working the missing person's end and had information that was vital in our case," said Sgt. James Parker, with the Harris County Sheriff's Department.

Judge is being held on a $30,000 bond.
