Man Who Found Nev. Sex Tape Faces Charges

Tuck Says He Found Tape In Desert

UPDATED: 6:36 pm CDT October 12, 2007

Nye County District Attorney Robert Beckett said he's filed a felony pornography possession charge against Darrin Tuck, the man who turned in a homemade videotape showing a man raping a 3-year-old girl, reported KVVU-TV.

Tuck's lawyer said he'll fight the charge and ask a jury whether a man should be punished for turning the tape in. Tuck has said he found the tape in the desert.

Tuck, 26, has been in the county jail in Pahrump, Nev., since Sept. 30 on a probation violation for failure to pay child support. He's due in court on Monday.

Meanwhile, the search continues for 37-year-old Chester Arthur Stiles. He's been identified as the man on the tape and police consider him the prime suspect in the tape.

The girl was found safe with her family in Las Vegas after authorities released her photo.
