HPD Helicopter Makes Hard Landing

HOUSTON -- A police helicopter made a hard landing on Sunday, KPRC Local 2 reported.The Houston Police Department's helicopter was about 15 feet off the ground when a malfunction occurred at Hobby Airport about 6:30 p.m.Two people were on board. Neither was injured.The helicopter sustained minor damage.The cause of the malfunction is under investigation.Air traffic at the airport was not affected.
