Worker Dies When Pinned By Hydraulic Lift

A worker was killed in an industrial incident in southeast Houston on Tuesday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Houston police said the man's co-workers found his body at Allied Waste Services on Brookglen Drive near Cripple Creek Drive at about 8 p.m.

Detectives said a hydraulic lift collapsed on the man and pinned him behind the cab of a truck.

The man's identity was not released.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
