HOUSTON -- Firefighters said they battled a four-alarm high-rise fire Tuesday night in downtown Houston.
They said they responded to 2 Houston Center just after 9 p.m. and found the 16th floor of a 40-story building engulfed in flames.
Firefighters said they searched the building for injured workers, but none of the 20 people in the building were injured.
Fire officials said the sprinkler system helped put out the fire.
