Driver Crashes Into Restaurant

HOUSTON -- A driver crashed into a restaurant in the Heights early Wednesday, KPRC Local 2 reported.Houston police said the driver lost control of her car in Yale Street near 21st Street at about 1:30 a.m.Investigators said the car slammed into a pole and then smashed the glass front doors of the Yale Grill.The 21-year-old woman was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.The cause of the incident is under investigation.
