HOUSTON -- Twin 7-year-old boys were killed in a traffic collision deputies said was caused by their father, officials told KPRC Local 2 Sunday.Investigators said the boys' father, Oscar Castro, 29, was driving at a high rate of speed in the 15800 block of old Beaumont Highway at about 11 p.m. Saturday when he veered into the back of a tractor-trailer that was parked on the side of the road.The collision killed the Oscar and Hasiel Castro, and injured three other children.Deputies said Castro was intoxicated. He was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter.
