HOUSTON -- Harris County sheriff's deputies located a man whose life was possibly in danger because of a medical condition of which he was not aware, KPRC Local 2 reported Tuesday.
Cory Titus, 30, was taken to Cy-Fair Hospital Sunday night when he was injured.
Titus decided to leave the hospital before medical tests came back. The tests later showed he had a serious injury that needs immediate medical treatment, according to authorities.
Hospital officials tried to contact Titus but were unable, so they contacted deputies, who searched for him on Monday.
Titus returned home on his own after the alert was released.
No other information was released.
