UPDATED: 12:58 pm CDT July 2, 2007

Three driveway robberies were reported in Fort Bend County on Saturday and Sunday, officials told KPRC Local 2.

Fort Bend County sheriff's deputies said the victims arrived home and a black man with a handgun approached their vehicles. Two other black men followed the attacker, officials said.

The men got away with the victims' purses and cellular phones, detectives said.

Investigators said the first robbery happened in the 14800 block of Wayson Drive outside of Sugar Land at about 12:15 a.m. Saturday.

Two of the attacks happened in the Mission Bend subdivision on Sunday, deputies said. One occurred in the 16000 block of Cherryshire Drive at 1:05 a.m. and the other happened in the 15600 block of Camino Del Sol Drive at 4:15 a.m.

The men escaped in an unknown type of vehicle parked nearby each robbery, officials said.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 281-342-TIPS.
