Bank Robber Loses Shoes In Chase

HOUSTON -- A bank robber dropped possible evidence during a foot chase, officials told KPRC Local 2.
Officials with the FBI Bank Robbery Task Force said the man robbed the Compass Bank on Post Oak Boulevard near Westheimer Road on Thursday.
The man gave the teller a note demanding money, investigators said.
A security guard spotted the man leaving the building and chased him, police said.
Detectives said the man, believed to be in his mid-30s, dropped possible evidence, including a pair of shoes. He was not caught.
Investigators said the man is bald with a dark complexion, is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds with a medium build. He has an unshaven face with gray facial hair. He was last seen wearing a red windbreaker and a white cap.
