A pilot made an emergency landing along a northeast Harris County highway late Tuesday, KPRC Local 2 reported.

Officials with the Department of Public Safety said the three-seat aircraft lost power on its way to Ellington Field.

The pilot landed the plane without wheels in a median along Highway 90 near Sheldon Road at about 11:20 p.m.

The pilot and passengers were not injured.

The aircraft's propeller and undercarriage were damaged.

Investigators said the flight originated in Missouri.
