Consumer Reports reveals ‘Naughty & Nice’ list and other business news

HOUSTON – Consumer Reports is taking cues from Santa Claus and making its own "naughty and nice" list.

This year, the publication put Southwest Airlines on its nice list for providing the most frequent flyer award trips of any big airline. Target was also deemed "nice" because it expanded its price matching policy.

Volkswagen came out on top of the naughty list because of its emissions scandal. Whole Foods also made the list after getting caught overcharging customers.

Meanwhile, Amazon is working to make everyone's Thanksgiving a little easier. Amazon Prime Now will make one-hour deliveries for anyone who forgets a key ingredient in the kitchen or needs to buy a board game for restless house guests.

Amazon is charging $7.99 for one-hour service, while two-hour service is free. Check to see if Amazon Prime Now is in your ZIP code by clicking here.
