HOUSTON -- Boots that will definitely turn heads were placed all over Houston on Tuesday.Huge decorative boots became works of art for Boot Scoot 2007.It's a reminder that the 75th anniversary of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo is almost here.Boot Scoot 2007 features 85 6-foot-high cowboy boots that were designed and decorated by local artists.It's part of the Western Heritage Community Challenge Committee's new program aimed at raising awareness of the show's landmark anniversary.The Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo runs Feb. 27 until March 18.More Information:
