Houston police said the men were shot at the Regency Crossing Apartments in the 100 block of Goodson Drive near Chipman Lane at about 7:15 p.m.

Witnesses told officials that they heard an argument coming from one of the apartments just before the shooting.

The men were shot in the head and died at the scene, police said. Their identities were withheld pending notification of family members.

A Hispanic male was seen leaving the scene shortly after the shooting, officials said.
