Padres ballpark transformed into golf course

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Baseball season is over and the people at San Diego's Petco Park have found a new way to get people in the ballpark.

They set up a 9-hole golf course on the baseball field.

Six of the tee boxes are from the upper deck, only one is on the field.

The event was organized with Callaway Golf, and every golfer who sinks a hole in one wins a Big Bertha driver.

Initially planned for three days the event sold out in just three hours, so two more days were added, which also sold out.

The cost for nine rounds of golf is $50.
