Wesley Eugene Blackshear, 30, has been charged with sexual assault of a child in a Houston Police Department case inside Fort Bend County. Blackshear is black, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. His last known address was on Castleview Lane in Missouri City.
