Pump Patrol: Save 35 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.39. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 35 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Kroger, Grand Parkway & Bay Hill Blvd., Katy: $3.18
  
• Murphy USA, Fairmont Pkwy & Pansy St., Pasadena: $3.16
  
• Sam's Club, Gulf Fwy & FM 1764, La Marque: $3.04
