Pump Patrol: Save 26 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.59. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 26 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Murphy USA, FM 1960 & Walters Rd., Northwest Houston: $3.37
  
• CITGO, Hwy 35 & FM 2917, Alvin: $3.35
  
• Conoco, West Parkwood Ave., San Joaquin Pkwy, Friendswood: $3.33
