Pump Patrol: Save 26 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.56. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 26 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Gulf Station, Holcombe & Hwy 288, South Houston: $3.30
  
• CITGO, FM 1960 & Stuebner Airline, Northwest Houston: $3.41
  
• Sam's Club, South Loop & Fannin St., South Houston: $3.39
