Pump Patrol: Save 23 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.55. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 23 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Friday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Mobil, Bissonnet & South Dairy Ashford, Southwest Houston: $3.55 for diesel
  
• CITGO, West Parkwood Ave. & Sun Meadow Blvd., Friendswood: $3.53 for diesel
  
• Murphy USA, Fairmont Pkwy & Pansy St., Pasadena: $3.32 for regular
