Pump Patrol: Save 21 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Monday was $3.70. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 21 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Exxon, Alexander Drive near Texas Avenue in Baytown: $3.49
• Sam's Club, South Loop near Fannin: $3.54
• Kroger, Shadow Creek Parkway near state Highway 288 in Pearland: $3.59
