Pump Patrol: Save 21 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.40. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 21 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Conoco, I-45 South & FM 517, Dickinson, $3.19
  
• CITGO, West Parkwood Ave. & Sun Meadow Blvd., Friendswood: $3.21
  
• Sam's Club, Gulf Fwy & FM 1764, Texas City: $3.19
