Pump Patrol: Save 19 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Friday was $3.88. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 19 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Friday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Citgo, Interstate 45 near F.M. 1488: $3.69
• Valero, State Highway 6 near Kieth Harrow Boulevard: $3.73
• Circle T Food Mart, Main Street near Williams Avenue: $3.75
