Pump Patrol: Save 19 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.54. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 19 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Valero, South Gordon St. & South St., Alvin: $3.36
  
• Murphy Express, FM 2920 & Calvert, Tomball: $3.32
  
• CITGO, Hwy 35, Alvin: $3.35 cash only
