Pump Patrol: Save 18 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston is $3.36. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 18 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Wednesday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Buc-ee's, Crabb River Road near Sansbury Boulevard in Richmond: $3.18
• Valero, Barker Cypress Road near Longenbaugh Drive in Cypress: $3.18
• Kroger, Highway 6 near Airport Boulevard in Sugar Land: $3.19
