Pump Patrol: Save 14 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Thursday was $3.61. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 14 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Thursday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Exxon, Tomball Parkway near Antoine Drive: $3.47
• Valero, Main Street near Orange Street in Pearland: $3.49
• HEB, Gulf Freeway near F.M. 646 in League City: 3.51
