Pump Patrol: Save 12 cents a gallon

HOUSTON – The average cost of a gallon of gas in Houston on Monday was $3.77. But some stations around town sold regular gas for 12 cents less.

The following three stations sold gas for less on Monday, according to www.GasBuddy.com.

• Citgo, Southwest Freeway near Clarewood: $3.65
• Raceway, Spring Cypress Road near I-45: $3.67
• Kroger, F.M. 270 near F.M. 518 in League City: $3.69
