Don't meet me in St. Louis -- one of the 20 cities with the worst drivers, according to Men's Health.

Men's Health ranked the 20 cities with the worst drivers by examining the rate of fatal crashes; the percentage of fatalities involving alcohol, speeding, or hit and run; and seat belt use. Then it factored in the average number of years between accidents and laws on cellphone use while driving.
