1 Jar Cookwell and Company 2-Step Chili (mild or spicy)

2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House Rub

2 Lbs. Ground Beef

1 can of beer (optional)

1 can HEB Fire-roasted tomatoes, drained


  1. In a large soup pot, season & cook beef. Brown all sides and pieces until no pink is left. Drain all the juices.
  2. Pour chili mix over drained beef, and add in beer & tomatoes. Bring to a simmer on medium heat, stirring often.

Serve with Fritos and shredded cheese, or with cornbread for the perfect touchdown every time!
