Serves 4

2 lb. Raw Tenders Chicken
½ Bottle of Mama Tang’s Asian Vinaigrette
2 tablespoons Adams Reserve Rub
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Cilantro

1. Season chicken with rub and set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes; add oil. Cook chicken 5-6 minutes per side or until done. If necessary, reduce heat slightly.
3. Pour Mama Tang’s sauce and brown sugar on chicken and let simmer for the last 5-6 minutes.
4. Top with cilantro.
5. Serve and enjoy!
