1 package HEB Fettuccine Pasta, cooked
1 package raw HEB Chicken Tenders or thin breasts
2 cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ jar Robert’s Reserve Jalapeno Dip
1-2 tablespoons Adam’s Reserve Kicked Up Chicken Rub
2 tablespoons Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
1. Season chicken with rub and 1 tablespoon of oil. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in skillet to medium-high and cook chicken 2-3 minutes per side.
2. Remove chicken from skillet. Add cream, jalapeño dip, and cheese to skillet.
3. Heat to high while stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and allow sauce to simmer, while stirring, until it thickens, 3-5 minutes.
4. Toss cooked pasta with sauce and top with seared chicken.
