3      Tbsp. Ottavio Gran Reserva Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divided use)
1      Pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
2       Tbsp. H.E.B. Garlic and Saffron Bread Dipper or Smoked
        Paprika Chorizo Rub
2      Tbsp. Butter

 1.    Toss shrimp with oil and 1 tablespoon Bread Dipper.
 2.    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes.  Pan sear 1-2 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from pan.
 3.    In the same skillet, add olive oil, butter and 1 tablespoon Bread Dipper.  Sauce is ready as soon as butter is melted.
 4.    Pour sauce over shrimp. Serve over mango, strawberry wild rice or pasta.
