Ingredients:

2      Racks of baby back ribs
3-4  Tablespoons Adams Reserve Val Verde BBQ & Brisket Rub
1      Cup Texas on the Plate Bodacious Red Soppin’ Sauce
1      Bottle of your favorite beer


Directions:
1.    Preheat grill to 375°F - 400°F. Place each rack on a sheet a of aluminum foil (large enough to overlap each rack by at least 6”) Drizzle about half of the beer over each rack, and coat each rack well with Val Verde Rub. Wrap ribs tight in foil, sealing edges (so steam won’t escape).
2.    Place on the grill over direct heat with the lid of the grill down, grill for an hour to an hour and a half, until the meat is pulling of the rib bones.  
3.    Remove ribs from the foil, and place back on the grill; grill for another 15-20 minutes, basting liberally with Bodacious Soppin’ Sauce.
4.    Remove the ribs from the grill.  Let them rest a good 10 minutes and enjoy with more of your favorite beer.
