2 Natural NY Strip Steaks
1-2 tablespoons Adam’s Reserve Steak Au Poivre Rub
1 tablespoon Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
½ jar Cookwell and Company Bock and Brown Sugar Marinade

  1. Season steaks with oil and rub, as desired.
  2. Grill or pan sear steaks on medium to medium-high for about 5-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches at least 125 degrees.
  3. In a separate skillet, pour ½ jar of the marinade and allow to cook on high for 8-10 minutes or until marinade begins to thicken and becomes a glaze.
  4. When steaks are ready, remove from skillet or grill and top with glaze.
