Texas Two Step Chili Cornbread Bake
Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
1 jar Cookwell and Company Red Chili, Original or Spicy
1 pound of ground beef or ground meat or choice
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Brown meat in a large sauce pan. Add in Velveeta. Allow to melt then add in Green Chile Stew.
- Prepare Jiffy batter as directed on package.
- Pour stew into a 9x13 baking dish. Cover stew with corn muffin batter.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until top slightly browned.

Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 10 Minutes
1 jar Cookwell and Company Two Step Red Chili, Original or Spicy
1 pound ground beef, 80/20 or 90/10
Optional ingredients:
- Add one can of black beans, one can of corn, and ¼ chopped cilantro
- Add one cup of chicken broth to make an extra large pot of chili
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Brown beef in a large pot over medium-high heat.
- Add Cookwell and Company Two Step Red Chili.
- Add optional ingredients, if desired.
- Heat over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy with cornbread!
