Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 oz. crumbled feta cheese
- 1 package of cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ jar Green Valley Ranch Tarragon Shallot Vinaigrette, may add more if desired
- Salt and pepper, to taste OR Adam’s Reserve House Rub
- Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!!!!
