Steaks with garlic-infused basting oil

2 All Natural or Prime Steaks, cut of choice
3 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Rub, of choice
2 Tablespoons HEB Basting Oil
1. Season steaks with rub and set aside. If time permits, allow steaks to assume room temperature.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook steaks until desired doneness:
120° - 125°
3. When steaks are done, remove from cooking surface and finish with basting oil.
