Steaks with Rosemary and Roasted Garlic

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes
2 All Natural or Prime Steaks, cut of choice
1 tablespoon Adam’s Reserve Classic Italian Bread Dipper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon Rustico Unfiltered EVOO
1. Season steaks with salt and pepper; set aside. If time permits, allow steaks to assume room temperature.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet or grill over medium heat. Cook steaks until desired doneness.
