Southwestern Honey Lime Salad

Serves 4 to 6
1 Bag of HEB Spinach and Spring Mix Salad
¼ Cup of Cookwell and Company’s Honey Lime Vinaigrette
½ Cup of Avocado and Tomatoes, Sliced
1 Can of Corn, Drained
¼ Cup of Crumbled Bacon
1. In a Large Bowl, Mix together HEB Spinach and Spring Mix Salad with Avocado, Tomatoes and Corn.
2. Light drizzle Cookwell and Company’s Honey Lime Vinaigrette over salad.
3. Toss lightly and garnish with bacon.
4. Serve chilled.
