1 pound fresh Shrimp Peeled & De-veined
2 Tablespoons Adams Blackening Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Ottavio Private Reserve Olive Oil
½ jar Green Valley Ranch Creole Simmering Sauce
1 cup Heavy Cream (optional)
1. Toss shrimp in a bowl with oil and rub.
2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Place shrimp in hot skillet and cook 1 to 1½ minutes per side.
3. Stir in Creole sauce and cream.
4. Bring to a simmer and serve over rice OR pasta.
NOTE: Also great with chicken !!
