1 jar Cookwell and Company Two Step Red Chili, Original or Spicy
1 pound ground beef, 80/20 or 90/10
1 can black beans
1 block HEB EZ-Melt, diced
1 package Ready,Fresh,Go! Pico de Gallo (in produce)
Tortilla chips for dipping
- Brown beef in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add beans, red chili sauce, EZ-melt , and pico de gallo. Stir continuously unil all ingredients are combined and cheese is melted.
- Enjoy as a dip with tortilla chips!
